Streamlining Repetitive Tasks: Data Entry, Customer Service, Scheduling and Follow-ups

January 8, 2024 By Asif Nazeer Leave a Comment

Imagine if you could eliminate the never-ending pile of repetitive tasks that consume valuable time and energy from your team. With the help of AI automation, you can streamline tasks such as data entry, customer service, scheduling, and follow-ups, freeing up your team to focus on more strategic initiatives. From automating data entry and reporting to handling routine customer inquiries and appointment scheduling, AI can revolutionize the way your business operates. Additionally, AI can personalize customer experiences by analyzing data and behavior to deliver targeted content and offers. It can also optimize pricing and promotions based on real-time market conditions and provide personalized support and guidance through chatbots and virtual assistants. Furthermore, AI can improve sales insights and forecasting by analyzing customer data, recommending actions for pipeline optimization, and providing real-time performance monitoring. With the power of AI automation tools, your business can achieve increased efficiency, conversion rates, and overall success.

Streamlining Repetitive Tasks

Data Entry and Reporting

One of the most time-consuming and mundane tasks for sales teams is data entry and reporting. However, with AI automation tools, this process can be streamlined, saving your team valuable time and energy. AI can automate tasks such as data entry, lead qualification, and sales reports, effectively eliminating the need for manual input.

By automating data entry, AI can accurately capture and analyze customer information, allowing your team to focus on more strategic tasks. This not only reduces the risk of human error but also improves efficiency. With accurate and up-to-date data, your team can make better-informed decisions and stay on top of important sales metrics.

Customer Service and Engagement

Providing exceptional customer service and engagement is crucial for any business. AI-powered chatbots and email campaigns can handle routine customer inquiries and nurture leads 24/7, improving responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

Chatbots can respond to frequently asked questions, provide product information, and even assist in troubleshooting. This allows customers to get the information they need quickly and efficiently, without requiring human intervention. Additionally, AI-powered email campaigns can personalize and automate the nurturing process, ensuring that leads are engaged and moving through the sales funnel.

By leveraging AI for customer service and engagement, you can provide round-the-clock support, increase customer satisfaction, and free up your team to focus on more complex and high-value interactions.

Scheduling and Follow-ups

Efficient scheduling and timely follow-ups are essential for closing deals and maintaining strong customer relationships. AI automation tools can handle appointment scheduling, meeting reminders, and automated follow-ups with leads and customers.

By automating scheduling tasks, AI can ensure that appointments are booked accurately and efficiently, reducing the risk of double-booking or missed opportunities. Additionally, automated follow-ups can be personalized based on customer preferences and behavior, increasing the likelihood of conversion.

With AI handling scheduling and follow-ups, your team can spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on building relationships and closing deals. This improves efficiency, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction.

Personalizing Customer Experiences

Targeted Content and Offers

AI can analyze customer data and behavior to deliver personalized content, product recommendations, and promotional offers, increasing engagement and sales. By leveraging AI algorithms, businesses can develop a deep understanding of their customers’ preferences and interests.

With this information, AI automation tools can deliver targeted content and offers that are tailored to each individual customer. For example, if a customer frequently purchases a specific type of product, AI can recommend similar items or offer personalized discounts. This level of personalization enhances the customer experience, increases engagement, and ultimately drives sales.

Dynamic Pricing and Promotions

Pricing and promotions can significantly impact a customer’s purchasing decision. AI automation tools can optimize pricing and promotions based on real-time market conditions and customer preferences. By analyzing data from various sources, such as competitor prices, customer behavior, and market trends, AI can determine the optimal pricing strategy for each product or service.

Dynamic pricing allows businesses to adjust prices in real-time, ensuring competitiveness and maximizing revenue potential. Similarly, AI can identify the best promotions to offer based on individual customer preferences and purchase history, increasing the likelihood of conversion.

With AI-powered dynamic pricing and promotions, businesses can stay ahead of the competition, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Chatbots and Virtual Assistants

Chatbots and virtual assistants have become increasingly popular in providing personalized support and guidance to customers. AI-powered chatbots can handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and assist in troubleshooting. Similarly, virtual assistants can offer personalized assistance to customers, replicating the experience of interacting with a human salesperson.

By leveraging AI for chatbots and virtual assistants, businesses can provide round-the-clock support, improve customer satisfaction, and drive sales. These AI automation tools can quickly and accurately respond to customer queries, provide relevant information, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

Overall, personalizing customer experiences with AI automation tools enhances customer satisfaction, increases engagement, and ultimately leads to higher sales.

Improving Sales Insights and Forecasting

Predictive Analytics

Predictive analytics is a powerful tool that leverages AI to analyze customer data and sales history. By examining patterns and trends, AI can predict future sales trends, customer churn, and lead conversion rates. This enables businesses to make data-driven decisions and develop effective sales strategies.

With predictive analytics, businesses can forecast demand, identify potential risks, and optimize their sales approach. By understanding customer behavior and preferences, businesses can tailor their efforts to meet their customers’ needs, resulting in higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Sales Pipeline Optimization

The sales pipeline is a critical component of a successful sales strategy. AI automation tools can optimize the sales pipeline by recommending actions to improve pipeline progress, prioritize leads, and identify potential roadblocks. By analyzing data from various sources, such as customer interactions, lead scores, and historical sales data, AI can provide valuable insights and recommendations.

AI can identify high-value leads, recommend the best next steps, and help sales teams prioritize their efforts. With AI automation tools, businesses can streamline their sales pipeline, improve efficiency, and increase their chances of closing deals.

Real-time Performance Monitoring

In the fast-paced world of sales, real-time insights are essential for making informed decisions and adjusting strategies. AI automation tools provide real-time performance monitoring by analyzing sales data, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior. This allows businesses to continuously optimize their approach and make adjustments as needed.

By monitoring sales performance in real-time, businesses can identify areas of improvement, address issues promptly, and capitalize on trends. Real-time insights enable businesses to stay agile, adapt to market changes, and maximize opportunities.

In conclusion, AI automation tools have revolutionized the sales industry by streamlining repetitive tasks, personalizing customer experiences, and improving sales insights and forecasting. By leveraging AI technology, businesses can increase efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales. Embracing AI automation is not only a smart business move but also a way to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Admit That You Waste Time and Then Get Hard on Yourself

April 11, 2017 By Asif Nazeer Leave a Comment

Admit That You Waste Time

One thing that will ensure your online business failure is wasted time. Donít confuse ìwastedî time with the time it takes to renew your physical or mental power. Thatís important, too.

Exercise is good for both – and you need it to keep yourself primed and ready for whatís ahead. You know what youíre doing to waste time ñ it could be watching reruns on television for hours at a time, playing games with your friends online or on your smart phone – or being nosey on Facebook.

you think your wasted minutes and hours are getting out of hand and causing a downturn in your business efforts (and itís time to be tough on yourself and honest about this), then itís time to rethink how you manage your time.

Good time management skills can set you on the right track for success. Without them, you can falter and all of your dreams for the future can wither and die. Here are some good time management tips to add to your daily routine, if youíre ready to turn up the heat on your progress.

Put some pressure on yourself to get it in gear! Decide how much time youíre going to spend on thoughts, conversations and actions. You may want to monitor yourself for awhile by recording how much time you spend on the three categories of your day during working hours.

At the end of the week, you should know where (in which category) youíre wasting the most amount of time. Donít fudge the numbers just so you can get away with more. You have to be tough on yourself to make progress.

Block distractions. Tricks like blocking email and Facebook alerts, turning off your phone and hanging a ìdo not disturbî sign on your home office door can work wonders. Many entrepreneurs use programs such as Facebook for business reasons, but when youíre on the site, donít let yourself be distracted by anything other than business.

Set a time to begin work ñ and stick to it. After you turn on your computer for work, give yourself a certain amount of time (5 minutes or so) to surf the ënet and review your email.

Then, switch to work and donít look back until youíre finished. Going back and forth between email, Facebook and work muddles your mind and makes it more difficult to focus.

End your work at a set time. We all have times when our backs are against the wall and we have to spend more time meeting deadlines. But on an ordinary day, set a time to stop work and renew your physical and mental health.

If you have to work longer than the stop time, take frequent breaks, get up and walk around and do something to get your mind off work. You canít be chained to your business 24/7 ñ even if you think you want to be ñ itís just not beneficial for your success.

Distinguish busy work from working toward goals. Busy work can be a waste of time. You may be procrastinating because youíre not ready to meet the goal or youíre scared of failure if you do complete it. The best way to beat procrastination is to take action.

Donít coddle yourself by wasting precious time. Set some hard and fast rules of time management and stick to it. Think of yourself as an employee. Would you tolerate your paid worker surfing the ënet or playing a game app on his or her phone?

Of course not ñ so donít allow yourself to do it, either!

Do not Accept Your Own Excuses

April 11, 2017 By Asif Nazeer Leave a Comment

Are you having a pity party with yourself because you just can’t get your online business off the ground? You’ve likely got plenty of excuses to justify watching those television reruns rather than getting off the couch and sitting at your computer to figure it out.

Whatever your excuses are, they’re not legitimate. Anyone can succeed in this business if they just put forth the effort to gain the knowledge and set aside the time they need to make it happen.managing photo

Here are some excuses you may use and why they’re just that excuses:

1. I’m too old. Are you on your death bed? If not, you’re not too old to make a success of your online business. Stop thinking of yourself as ‘old,’ and replace that thought with ‘I’ve got the time and the wisdom to succeed.’

Success has nothing to do with age but has everything to do with determination and faith in yourself. There are plenty of baby boomers and older who are online, cashing in. So don’t lie and say it has anything to do with when you were born.

2. I don’t have time. Remind yourself that everyone has the same amount of time every day and many success stories have happened with people much busier than you. Author Danielle Steele, had three babies (two in diapers) and managed to write five novels before she had one accepted. Now, that’s determination.

3. The market is saturated. That’s likely the biggest excuse people use for not succeeding in Internet marketing. It’s a myth. The market is not saturated and it’s primed for new ideas and new marketing strategies from someone willing to take the time and effort to make it happen.

Set yourself apart from other marketers and stop telling yourself you don’t have a chance. People have different teaching styles and everyone has an audience who wants to learn in the way that you teach.

4. No one will help me. Then help yourself! There’s plenty of help out there if you simply take the time to find it. There are forums and blogs, websites and videos which can bolster your faith in yourself and help you overcome obstacles during the journey to success. Don’t wait for someone to help you. Just do it.

5. I don’t have the money. Perhaps one of the lamest of excuses. There’s plenty of freebies out there for those who are struggling to make ends meet while getting their businesses off the ground.

You don’t have to purchase every shiny new object out there. That’s probably what you’ve been doing, if you’re honest with yourself. Concentrate on what will help you most in your business endeavors and go for it.

6. ‘They’ tell me not to waste my time. You’re wasting time by giving ‘them’ a second thought. If all the successful people in the world had listed to others tell them why ‘it’ couldn’t be done, we’d still be in the Dark Ages.

What is your excuse for not succeeding? Excuses are roadblocks you put in front of yourself to prevent you from achieving success. Analyze your ‘excuses,’ and you’ll find that they really can’t prevent you from reaching your goals only you can.

Motivation Is Not One Size Fits All

April 8, 2017 By Asif Nazeer Leave a Comment

Motivation Is Not One Size Fits All

Have you ever seen a link to a blog or video where you were supposed to be inspired, and instead you felt put off by the whole thing? It can be the media format, the personís voice, the speed at which they talk ñ anything ñ that doesnít make it ìclickî for you.

Think about what motivates you. Is it listening to motivational tapes or reading inspiring books ñ or perhaps itís a person in your life (teacher, parent mentor) who is your motivation?

One type of motivation doesnít necessarily fit everyone. Some people like a feel-good, kumbaya approach while others like a bootcamp feel to get inspired. And, sometimes it just takes spiraling downward to the bottom of the barrel and hitting rock bottom to make you finally get up and take action.

Not being able to pay your water or electric bill and facing a homeless existence is motivation enough for most of us to look for a job or find a way out of a menial life. If youíre having a difficult time motivating yourself to take the action you need to begin that online business or carry it to the next level, itís imperative that you find the motivation you need to get it done.

Staring at a blank screen every day and wondering what to do next is definitely not the most inspiring way to become motivated about your business. You may have been enthusiastic at the beginning stages of getting your business online, but now youíve fizzled out and every day finds you less motivated to sit at the computer and work.

If something isnít done ñ quickly ñ youíre likely to give up before youíve even begun to experience the success you were aiming for. There are some tips for you to get excited again and carry on with your dreams for future success.

First, set some small, achievable goals. You may be looking too much at the big picture of your business. That can be overwhelming and discouraging because it seems like forever until you can realize them.

Small, achievable goals such as simply writing one blog post for today can whittle down the enormity of what youíre trying to do. It also gives you a sense of accomplishment so that youíre not feeling like a loser.

No matter how bad you feel ñ take action. Taking immediate action on some of the small goals will get you to the big goals before you realize it. Most big goals take time and little actions to complete.

It may seem like a long road if you only look at the big picture, but achieving one small goal after another should boost your confidence and spur you on. Look to the future. See the glitches and successes which may occur as you build your business.

That one thing will help you with strategies necessary to make your business a success. Look at the challenges too and develop a passion for meeting them. Motivation is like anything else.

You have to work at it to make it a reality. Find out what motivates you and keep it in your thoughts at all times. Look for people who deliver the message in a way that you like.

Check out gurus, like Tony Robinson for instance, but also look for smaller, less known bloggers who might inspire you to chip away at your to do list. And try different media formats, too ñ videos, text, infographics, podcasts ñ because you never know when something might click for you and help you get past your hurdles.

Quit Seeking a Support System

Quit Seeking a Support System

Are you someone who almost canít do a thing with your business without running to another marketer to clear it first? This isnít elementary school ñ youíre a grown entrepreneur, and you have to take full responsibility for your trials and errors ñ but you also get to claim your successes.

You have to eventually know that thereís no one out there who will support you like you. When you became a solo entrepreneur, you chose the life of taking responsibility for your own success or failure.

While itís okay to ask for help when you need it (especially when it comes to technological issues), you also have to seek help and knowledge on your own so youíll learn how to discover solutions when no oneís available.

You donít want to be known as one of those newbies who emails everyone about basic issues that are already discussed online for free. This happens routinely, and itís not fair to the marketer whose time youíre wasting, when a simple Google search for a ìhow toî video would show you clearly what steps are involved for your trouble shooting issue.

Learning about and solving problems is the best way to create knowledge that will stay with you forever. That doesnít mean you canít have a supportive mentor or a go-to person that you seek advice from, but all of the advice and coddling in the world isnít going to help you unless you help yourself.

Are you the personality type that quits and runs at the first sign of trouble? Or, perhaps you give up when youíve gone through everyone on your go-to list for help. Panic sets in and you think youíre never going to figure out a problem or make it to the next level in your business.

This is the time when you need to stop. Walk away from the problem for awhile and do something else. Many times our brains become overloaded with information and statistics and need to be rebooted to catch the signal again.

Rather than criticizing and letting negative self-talk convince you that youíre dumb or inept because you canít solve a problem, try boosting your self-esteem. There are several good ways to do that, including reading about people you admire.

It can be someone in history or someone in your family or group of friends. What do they do when they have a problem to solve? Chances are, they took action ñ by gathering knowledge they needed to find a solution or starting all over.

Validate yourself. Think of all of the positive things youíve done in the past to garner admiration from others. Youíll likely find that many people admire you and look to you for their own support.

Ask yourself what you need. What do you need at this moment to help you find a solution to your problem? It may be that your body needs energy or your brain needs a rest. Give yourself what you need to complete goals and realize ultimate success.

Most of all ñ realize that youíre not perfect. Youíll make mistakes and youíll seek help from others. Just donít forget that the buck stops with you and only you can fulfill the dreams and goals you envision for your future.

Use Outsourcing as a Way to Expand Your 2017 Income

Use Outsourcing as a Way to Expand Your 2017 Income

As an entrepreneur, youíre going to be faced with having to wear many hats. Itís up to you to make sure that your business thrives. But trying to do every task yourself can be a mistake.

By outsourcing, you stand to gain more for your business than youíll spend on the money it takes to pay for the outsourcing. Youíll be able to hire professionals who can do the task faster and easier.

This not only saves you time, but it takes the stress off of you since you wonít have to do it all yourself. You end up gaining more productivity because youíre freed up to focus on other areas of the business that only you can handle.

Plus, by outsourcing, youíll experience faster business growth because you wonít have to wait until you complete each step of a project.

Aspects of Your WAH Business You Can Outsource

Many tasks involved in running a business are time drains. You should outsource these tasks so that your time is freed up to concentrate on growing the business. You can outsource the writing for starters.

Whether youíre a good writer or not is irrelevant. Writing has the potential to take up a lot of time – and if you have dozens of writing projects you need to complete, you can spend many hours simply developing content that you have to have.

These are hours you could spend on something else. Itís faster and even cheaper to hire a writer. Some entrepreneurs worry about the cost effectiveness of hiring someone to write their content for them.

But if you tally up what your time is worth and what you can potentially make per hour versus outsourcing the work, youíll see that you come out ahead. Use a writer to write your eBook materials, to write your reports, your articles, your product descriptions and more.

Whatever you need written, hire someone else to do it. Youíll also want to outsource your graphics. It takes time to design the graphics that youíll use in your business.

Even if you have experience in this field, you still might not be able to afford to spend the time it takes to create the graphics that youíll use. Instead of tying up hours of your time designing them yourself, hire someone to create your graphics.

Youíll use graphics for sales pages, banners and buttons, and social media images. Youíll need logos, blog graphics, headers, add to cart buttons and the list goes on.

Every time you need something new, you donít want to have to stop what youíre working on to create it. That can slow a project down. Instead, assign it to a graphics designer and keep on moving ahead with a project.

Research is something else that youíll want to outsource. Looking up the information that you need can be a huge time drain. Youíll need to find facts and reliable sources.

Youíll want to read articles and sites that can give depth perspective. When youíre spending time researching, it can take multiple hours and in some cases even days.

You canít afford to do that yourself because while youíre spending time researching, everything else that you need to take care of grinds to a halt. Setting up a site is another area you want to outsource.

Despite some sitesí step-by-step setup guides, itís still going to cost you valuable time. Setting up a site can easily be a day or two project for you versus a couple of hours if you hire it out.

Tech details are something that you want to pay a professional to do, especially if youíre brand new. You can dig around behind the scenes on a site, mess up a simple code and crash everything.

Rather than trying to figure out the tech stuff, just let someone else take it on and save yourself the stress. When you work at home, youíre going to have to deal with customer service.

The good, the bad and the really ugly come out when dealing with customers. Not only can this drain your time, but there can be a lot of stress involved with handling the customer service side of any business.

Instead of letting that take up your time, outsource it to a virtual assistant (VA). You can also use a VA to help with SEO, your email marketing campaign, your social media, or to work on your blog.

A VA can send information to clients while youíre busy or out of the office. Many VAs specialize in different areas. You can find ones that have experience in whatever field you need.

Where to Find the Best Freelancers

Itís true that with the Internet, anyone can put up a site and claim that they offer great freelancing services. Rather than trying to navigate the sea of possibly inexperienced freelancers, you want to go to the sites where professional, experienced freelancers are known to frequent.

Not only that, but by going to these sites, youíll often get help from others like yourself who have used the services before and theyíll offer helpful recommendations.

You can go to places like Elance. When you go onto Elance, they have numerous freelancers that you can pick from to hire. You would need to go to the site and list the job that you want to hire someone to do.

Elance will take what youíve posted and then give you a list of freelancers that fit the parameters of the job. Once you have a list of people that Elance suggests or who bid on your project, you can look over these applicants and see what kind of proposal theyíre offering.

These proposals will often vary according to time to complete the task as well as the amount of money. When you look over the applicant proposals, youíll be able to see what kind of work theyíve done in the past and whether they have experience with what youíre looking for.

Youíll also be able to see what the applicantís client satisfaction ratio is. Once you choose an applicant, youíll pay Elance directly and the funds go into escrow. The site has the ability to use hourly time tracking if youíve chosen an hourly project.

Once the job is completed to your satisfaction, you release the funds from escrow and Elance handles paying the applicant from those funds. Another place to find freelancers is on the Warrior Forum.

Youíll find these under threads like ìwarriors for hireî and others. With the Warrior Forum, the people there are usually very experienced in what they do, especially with Internet marketing and other specific niches.

You can find copywriters, ghostwriters, freelance writers, tech gurus, virtual assistants, graphic designers and more on Warrior Forum. Another place youíll want to check out is Fiverr.

Some entrepreneurs shy away from the site, thinking that paying someone $5 means that the product will be low quality – but thatís not the case. What the $5 means is not necessarily that youíll only pay $5.

For example, some of the writers on the site charge $5 per certain word count. So if the provider says $5 per 200 words and you need a 600 word article, youíll actually pay $15.

Plus, you can find a whole wealth of categories on Fiverr – including proofreading, SEO content, design services and more. They have portfolios and feedback that make it easy to hire someone with confidence.

How to Post a Project for a Freelance Ghostwriter

When you have a job that you want to hire a freelance ghostwriter to do, thereís some information that youíll have to share so that you can make sure youíre both on the same page with the project.

Make sure that youíre clear on what you want the style to be. A ghostwriter can write an article and sound comfortable and breezy like heís talking to a friend. Or, he can write an article and sound formal.

The style that you want is up to you, but the ghostwriter has to be clear on what youíre going for. Youíll also want to cover the topic. With this, youíll want to be specific.

You could end up with material thatís not what you wanted if youíre not clear. For example, if you need a few articles about the topic of genetically altered foods and youíre thinking of them in a positive light, you need to tell that to the ghostwriter.

Otherwise, you could end up with articles that talk about all the cons involving genetically modified foods. It can also be helpful if the ghostwriter knows the audience youíre gearing the article toward.

An article on driving will be slanted differently for someone whoís in their 70s versus a brand new teenage driver. The more information you give the ghostwriter, the more the material will sound like you wrote it in your own voice.

Itís imperative that you cover deadlines. If you post a project and you donít talk about the deadline, you might end up getting it long after you need it. If itís a rush deadline, tell the ghostwriter that up front. Many of them are willing to do a rush project for an additional fee.

Cover the cost of the project up front. State clearly what the job pays and donít be the kind of client who wants to add to the scope of the project after youíve outlined whatís involved.

If you need research done, mention that. Most ghostwriters are skilled at research and that can be included in the parameters of the work project. Sometimes, when new entrepreneurs post a project, they come across as pushy or demanding and then donít understand why ghostwriters are reluctant to work with them.

Donít treat the potential ghostwriter like youíre gifting them with a project. Itís a mutually beneficial deal. Plus, if they do a good job, youíll want to hire them again and again in the future.

Hiring a Freelance Graphic Designer

There will be times during the course of your business that youíre going to want to outsource some of your tasks to a graphic designer. Itís not cost effective to have one on staff – especially if your business is still in the early days.

But it is cost effective for you to hire a freelance one on an as needed basis. Know that just because someone says theyíre a graphic designer doesnít mean theyíre actually any good at it.

Since the graphics will be representing a portion of your business, you want to hire someone who knows what heís doing. Graphic designers can handle a multitude of tasks.

They can design headers for your business sites. They can also create the header for your blogs, for your social media sites and more. If youíre working on creating some information products like eBooks, graphic designers can create your ecovers.

While you can create ecovers yourself, if you donít really understand how graphic design works, then your ecovers will look second rate, which in turn screams unprofessional to potential clients.

Itís always better to outsource your graphic design needs than to try and complete them yourself. Also, if youíre going to build minisites, youíll want a graphic designerís skills behind it.

Minisites get a lot of traffic specific visits and you want these visitors to see a page that looks well designed and draws them in. When you find some freelance graphic designers you think you could work with, the first thing that youíll want to do is to get a look at their portfolio.

This will contain work that theyíve done for other clients or it might showcase their abilities. Analyze their portfolios. Not every graphic designer will have experience in the area that youíre looking for.

Itís always best to hire one who knows what youíre talking about. It makes the jobs easier on both of you. For example, if youíre looking for ecovers, hire a graphic designer with experience in that area or one whoís willing to create a mock up to show you so that you can be sure he knows how to make one thatís what youíre looking for.

Most designers will give you a mockup free of charge. Before you hire the freelance graphic designer, make sure that know what your style is and also cover how long you expect the job to take.

If you need it in two weeks and the designer is booked and canít start for a month, that wonít work for you. Make sure that you and the designer both know the value of the job. You want an agreement spelled out before the work begins.

Find the Right Virtual Assistant for the Job

There are tons of virtual assistants that you can hire to help you with whatever task needs completing. But not every VA has the expertise or quality of work to be able to handle the project.

A VA that has the attitude of, ìI can do any job even if Iíve never done it beforeî is probably thinking more highly of his or her abilities than they should. For example, a VA who has never done an email campaign wonít understand the purpose behind it or how to gear it toward a specific audience.

A VA whoís successful in one area wonít necessarily be in another. Thatís why itís important that you find out what the VA is capable of handling up front. If youíre a marketer who has niche specific work, then look for a VA who has had experience in that field before.

It will make it easier if she understands all the buzz words associated with the type of job you need. You can ask to see the VAís portfolio or check out their client list if itís available.

Some VAs will share prior projects theyíve worked on for different clients while others wonít. Anyone can create a portfolio and claim experience. You want to know for sure theyíve had this experience.

Some virtual assistants will specialize in administrative jobs and that may not be what youíre looking for. Itís okay to ask for references and, depending on the nature of what you want the VA to do, itís probably a wise step to take.

You can find a Virtual Assistant by going to forum sites such as Warrior Forum or job sites like Elance, Intelligent Office, eaHelp, Fiverr, or Fancy Hands. In order to work well with a VA, you have to know exactly what you expect with hiring her.

You spell out what you need done and have a list of what you want accomplished. Make sure you have open and often communication and donít expect a VA to do a job you havenít equipped her to do. She canít do her job if she doesnít have all of the information.
